ERIC J. GOLLE

Eric Golle is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA),  Attorney at Law (JD) and founder of Golle and Associates, PLLC, a boutique law firm that helps  individuals and families navigate through the complexities of Medicaid eligibility by utilizing Miller Trusts/Qualified Income Trusts (QITs),  Medicaid trusts and Medicaid-related Asset Spend Downs and Lady Bird Deeds to pay nursing home costs.   Eric has almost 25+ years of experience in supporting clients with legal, tax and compliance needs. Eric is often asked for speaking engagements on a vast array of topics.

Eric began his career at PricewaterhouseCoopers (PwC),  a multi-national accounting firm in the fields of audit, tax and consulting services and considered one of the Big 4 accounting firms.  After graduating from law school, Eric joined Bell, Nunnally & Martin, LLP which is recognized among the most respected business law firms in Texas. Prior to starting Golle & Associates, PLLC, Eric held numerous C-level positions with startups, small businesses and public companies alike.

Eric received a Bachelor of Business Administration in Accounting from Texas Tech University and a Doctorate of Jurisprudence from the Texas Tech School of Law.  Eric also holds life & health and property & casualty insurance licenses as well as being a notary in the State of Texas.
